Return Policy

We take pride in helping you select the best shoes and apparel. We take the time necessary to help you make the right shoe decision for your foot type and running gait. If you would like more time to test your shoes before you make a final decision, please do it in your home, on an indoor track or our treadmill.

With your receipt, we will gladly exchange/or refund your unused shoes, apparel or accessory purchase within 14 days.  From 15-30 days we will gladly give you store credit.  

Please note, there are no refunds on shoes worn outside. There is absolutely no exchange or refund on any purchase after 30 days.

Please take advantage of our on-site treadmill to ensure you're happy with the fit of your shoes before you run outside.
