Can you take the heat?

The Event

Individual 5000 meter (5K) & 3-Person Relay Track Race

Indicate your predicted time (for individual 5,000) on your registration, and we will seed you in one of the following heats.  You may run as an individual, relay team, or both.

Schedule

6:00pm: Runners & Walkers (Men 27:00+; Women 29:00+)
6:50pm: Seeded Heat (Men 19:00+; Women 21:00+)
7:20pm: Championship Heat (Men sub-19:00; Women sub-21:00)
7:45pm: 3-Person Relay (first 2 legs run 1 mile; final leg 1.1 mile)

Cost

$10 for individual 5,000
$12 for 3-person relay team (only $4 per runner)

Awards and Amenities

Top Three Individual Male and Female
Top Three Relay teams in each of three divisions (open men, open women, & mixed)

T-Shirt sizes guaranteed for those that register by June 24th.  Afterwards, shirts are first come, first serve.
