Gear up for summer and your favorite 5Ks with this 1-mile downhill race honoring Roger Bannister's legendary sub-4 minute mile.

Course

1-mile downhill point-to-point course starting at the Spencer Love Tennis Courts and ending on Nathanael Green Drive parallel to the Natural Science Center.

Time

Runners will be placed in heats based on seed times indicated on their registration.  Heats begin at 6pm and run every 10 minutes from slowest to fastest:
6:00pm:  10:00+
6:10pm:  8:00+
6:20pm:  6:00+
6:30pm:  4:00+

T-shirt sizes guaranteed to those that register by May 6th. Plenty of post-race food and drinks. Bathroom facilities available at the start line.  Awards given to the top three male and female overall finishers and to the first place male and female in the following divisions:  <14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
