Welcome to OFF 'N RUNNING

Marathon/Half Marathon Training Program

Get race ready for fall. OFF'N RUNNING is once again offering a marathon and half marathon training program to prepare you for a fall race. The program can accommodate beginner and intermediate runners alike.

We are holding an information session on June 18th at 6:30 PM at OFF'N RUNNING. You will meet your coach and can ask any questions.

The program consist of organized training runs, customizes training plans as well as special lectures and social events.

The program begin on on July 7th at 6:00 PM at OFF'N RUNNING and will last 16 weeks.  ::more details

Trail Runs are Back

Join us every Wednesday evening at 6:00 PM for our weekly trail runs. We run a different trail every week. All paces are invited. These runs are a great way to explore our 35+ miles of running/hiking trails. The routes can easily be altered to accommodate lengths between 3 and 10 miles. The location schedule is located here

Tues - Intervals/Track at  6:15 PM

Wed - Trail Runs 6:00 PM
Thurs - 3 & 6 miles at 6:15 PM

Sat/Sun - Long run
