Massage Therapy
Sara Clawson of Aspire
Massage Therapy and Bodywork will be at the store on the 2nd and 4th
Thursday of every month to provide our customers with free massage
therapy - a perfect opportunity to join us for our group run, and
get a massage. Sarah will be here from 5:45 - 7:30pm.
Spring Camp
for Triathletes
Together with Marisa
Pirih at Evolve Multisport, Off 'N Running is proud to provide our
triathletes and runners with a Spring training camp at Camp Cheerio
in Roaring Gap, NC. The camp will take place April 23-25, 2010 and
includes room, meals, and a goodie bag! The weekend will also
include training seminars, guest speakers, nutrition and injury
information, massage therapy, and yoga. What else could you ask for?

limited space is available.

New Off 'N
Running Training Group
Are you interested in
running your first 5k? 10k? Half-Marathon? Marathon? Here's your
chance to do it right. Marisa Pirih, head coach at Evolve Multisport
is starting a 16 week training program at a cost of $135. The
program will include group runs on Tuesday/Thursday at 6pm, and a
Saturday run at 8am. The program includes yoga & core strength
sessions as well as guest speakers, training advice, and weekly
